Here's a pretty obvious pick. Pretty much everyone knows the Local. It's always super busy, and you're always pushing to get a seat before it's all taken. The Local gets points for being the “go to” in Kits but loses points for being so damn packed all the time!

Hapa Izakaya has received multiple awards for its Japanese cuisine. Hapa is open from 5:30 p.m. every day and has a delicious menu covering all tastes. Its Kits location features a medium-sized patio great for hang outs and very close to the beach.

The Naam

The Naam Restaurant is a great vegetarian-friendly restaurant, which also has a variety of soy-free, gluten-free and sugar-free options. Naam's patio is quietly hidden away from street and traffic noise, and the place is uniquely open 24 hours, seven days a week.

The Boathouse has a tradition of setting up its restaurant locations with a beautiful waterfront view, and this goes for its Kits location as well. You get a beautiful view of the beach and water from a second-floor patio.
